Cancellation Policy

At QW Hotel & Suites, we understand that travel plans can change. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate or reservation type selected at the time of booking.

Flexible / Free Cancellation
Reservations with flexible cancellation may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Reservations
Non-refundable reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

One-Night Cancellation Penalty
For reservations subject to a one-night cancellation penalty, cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline will be charged the cost of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes. The same charge applies to guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without cancelling.

Partial Refund
Certain reservations may be eligible for a partial refund. A percentage-based cancellation fee will apply and may increase as the scheduled arrival date approaches. The applicable cancellation terms and fees will be provided at the time of booking.

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled their reservation within the permitted cancellation period may be charged according to the cancellation terms associated with their booking.

The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be displayed during the booking process and included in your reservation confirmation. By completing a reservation with QW Hotel & Suites, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms associated with your selected rate.
